About these terms
These terms apply when you browse this site or buy from Digital Tool Room. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update them, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Accounts
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or to abuse the service.
Buying digital products
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency of the store. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive your confirmation.
Delivery and access
Downloadable products are made available in your account and on the order confirmation page once payment is confirmed. You can download them again from your account. If a link does not work, contact us with your order number.
Subscriptions
Subscription products renew at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Licenses and acceptable use
Your use of each product is governed by the license shown on its product page and described on the Licensing page. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or remove copyright notices, unless your license says so.
Refunds

Liability
Products are provided as described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
